The Crop Spot in Tyler

Oh what a trip to Tyler!  The 3 J's (Joyce, Jilda, JS) packed it in.  We began our trip on Friday morning leisurely making our way to Tyler, Texas with a "few" stops on the way!

Indian Paintbrush - really different than the ones in  our area.

Bluebonnet

Not sure, but looked like a White Bluebonnet

Crimson Clover

Not many Dogwood blooms left, but we managed for find some!
We arrived in Tyler late afternoon and set up the Trunk Sale and Joyce's classes for Saturday.
Saturday was awesome!  Joyce had two full classes for her "bleach" and "Cuttlebug" classes.  We got to spend the day with Sharon (who works part-time at The Crop Spot and is also an awesome "rep" for Texana Designs not to mention just a sweetheart!!) and Jana (the owner of The Crop Spot, who is also a sweetheart).  I got a surprise visit from Darlene (previous co-owner of Scrapbook Fever in  Round Rock) and now lives in Tyler.  Jilda and I hung out in the kitchen making the adorable mini Texana Designs catalog (Janet's creation) to give away with special purchases of Texana Designs stamps!

On Sunday morning, we visited the Tyler Rose Garden.  The beauty - almost indescribable.  Here's just a peek at what we saw.

Joyce and the Azaleas were color-coordinated!

We arrived back in Austin/Round Rock about 5 p.m. yesterday evening basking in the beauty we had experienced over the last 3 days!
