Owl Valentines's card #2

Supplies Used:
Texana Designs Stamps: Owl (Large),  Whoo Loves You…I do!, Banner
Georgia Pacific: White Cardstock
Basic Grey: Blush 6x6 paper pad
Tsukineko: Memento Inkpad (Tuxedo Black)
Ranger: Distress Inkpad (Walnut Stain); Foam Blender Tool
Letraset: Promarkers (Sandstone, Cocoa, Pear Green, Rose Pink, Oasis, Ginger)
Sakura: White GellyRoll Pen

Techniques Used:
Cut sentiment apart into several lines so I could curve the saying to mimic the curved lines of the banner stamp.
Stamped one owl, then masked it to stamp second one behind the front one. Colored with promarkers.
Drew patterns on the owl bellies with white gel pen before coloring with markers. The gel pen resisted the marker.

Techniques Used:
Paper pieced and used markers to color main owl. Used small owl to create a background on white cardstock.
Pick & Omit technique-only inked parts of two sentiments to create the word “wh-owl” to be a play on words for the word “whole”.
