Break is Over! Let the New Creations Begin

Good Morning!

I took a little break from the blog!

So excited about the daily rains and storms here in Central Texas.

I might even need to mow the grass this weekend.

Actually, one of my favorite things to do, especially since I have a "sweet" riding lawnmower!

The Design Team (we missed you Libby-next time I'll Skype you) had a fabulous play day.  The inspiration was so thick in the room one could actually grab it!!

As we begin the second half of the first year's Texana Designs "Design Team", we shall begin with this amazing canvas design by Karen Lambert using our Texana Designs Hummingbird/Hibiscus, Butterfly mini and Caring thoughts during this difficult time stamps.  You absolutely must go to her blog to see the tutorial on this one!  She has step by step photos of acrylic painting, paper-piecing, watercolor paper techniques.  You won't believe all that went into making and designing this beautiful creation!!  Thanks, Karen!
